When people put too many of these words into their essays, they are actually making their essays less coherent and less clear. Students who are expecting students to read the sentences and recognize the words when they see them are, therefore, going to be frustrated at times when they do not get the appropriate meanings for certain words that they are attempting to communicate.Finally, too many substitutions are never acceptable in essay writing. Substitutions such as 'and', 'or', 'rather', 'with', an d 'for' are not allowed unless they really are required for a specific point. Substitutions such as 'and' have very little meaning and they should be avoided at all costs.Vocabulary in essay writing should be used to communicate ideas and not to confuse students. Rather than making the reader or listener think, writers should present written words in a clear and logical manner. This makes it easier for the reader to comprehend and to understand what the writer is trying to convey.Doing so allows the use of such words and phrases to speak for themselves and express themselves adequately. Therefore, students should avoid using words that are a poor representation of the thoughts they wish to express and will instead utilize terms that are more clear and simple to understand. Such words will also have a greater effect on the students who are reading the essays because they will be more likely to do so rather than just ignore them and hope that the sentences will not be read as written. The proper use of vocabulary is essential to getting the best grades in an essay. By learning to replace vocabulary in essay writing, it becomes easier for readers to follow the article and they will be able to understand what the writer is trying to convey. Students can expect to get better grades when they take the time to learn to replace vocabulary in essay writing in a way that is clear and logical and not confusing and illogical.
